Relocation Services

When single-parent households secure permanent housing, Chosen 1-9 wants to help them eliminate any unessesary barriers – which includes not having the resources to move furniture!

Chosen 1-9 offers free labor and vehicle services for households within 30 miles of Indianapolis, so families can focus on settling into their new homes.

If families are in need of furniture, Chosen 1-9 will do our best to locate and deliver the requested furniture donations to their new home.

Have furniture you want to donate? We are always accepting new furniture donations and offer pick-up services, making the transportation process simple and easy for our donors!

Workshops and Support Groups

Chosen 1-9 is dedicated to helping single parents in the Indianapolis area through a variety of workshops and support groups. Our upcoming workshops will cover a range of topics, including:

Resume, interview, and Indeed assistance
Cooking nutritious, low-cost meals

Chosen 1-9 is committed to partnering with local churches, organizations, and other non-profits within the Indianapolis area to provide families with the support they need to succeed.

Here are some of the ways we connect families to resources:

Partnering with local churches: Connecting families to church services, life groups, food pantries, discipleship relationships, and free healthcare clinics.

Collaborating with non-profits: Providing families with specialized resources in whatever area they need more support in, such as continued education, job training, trauma therapy, and life coaching.

Providing personalized support: We understand that every family has different needs, which is why we provide personalized support to connect families to the right resources.
